About This Agency

The Harm ReduQion Project is part of The Q Corner, a peer-run LGBTQ+ program of Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services in San Jose. The project provides affirming, trauma-centered harm reduction support for 2SLGBTQIA+ people who use substances, including overdose prevention education, individual sessions and drop-in groups, and connections to substance use treatment.
