About This Agency
VelNonArt Transformative Health (VTH) is a community and arts-based nonprofit in Lancaster providing harm reduction, medication-assisted treatment, and reentry services in the Los Angeles area. Through mobile outreach, VTH distributes naloxone paired with overdose training, wound care supplies, and HIV/HCV screening, and connects participants to mental health and intensive case management services.
