About This Agency
Grand Rapids Red Project, founded in 1998, is a nonprofit working to reduce harm, prevent HIV and Hepatitis C, and mitigate the risks of substance use across Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Lake, and Newaygo counties in West Michigan. The organization provides no-cost naloxone rescue kits (both intramuscular and nasal spray), overdose education and training, syringe access and disposal, and case management and recovery coaching, including naloxone vending machines at multiple community sites.
