About This Agency
North County LGBTQ Resource Center is a nonprofit serving the LGBTQ community across North San Diego County, including Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and Escondido. Its Rise Above It program provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) alongside case management, 12-step and Narcotics Anonymous meetings, and Narcan/naloxone information, in addition to the center’s broader behavioral health, HIV prevention, and housing services.
