About This Agency
Napa County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) provides administrative and outreach support for the Napa Opioid Safety Coalition (NOSC), a countywide effort to prevent opioid misuse and reduce overdose deaths. HHSA’s Substance Use & Recovery Services offers a continuum of care from prevention and early intervention to treatment and recovery support, and its health education staff have conducted naloxone trainings and distributed over 1,700 naloxone kits since 2023.
