About This Agency
The Spahr Center, formed in 2015 through the merger of Marin AIDS Project and Spectrum LGBT Center, has served Marin County’s LGBTQ+ community and people living with or affected by HIV. The organization’s Syringe Access Program provided sterile needles, rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, fentanyl test strips, and naloxone kits, making it a major distributor of naloxone in the county.
