About This Agency
Harm Reduction Services (HRS) is a Sacramento nonprofit providing medical case management, HIV/Hepatitis C testing, and syringe exchange through its Safe Points program. HRS also distributes naloxone with overdose education, and its Opiate Overdose Prevention and Response training program has been credited with thousands of overdose reversals since it began in 2014.
