About This Agency
Greater Hartford Harm Reduction Coalition has grown into the Connecticut Harm Reduction Alliance (CTHRA), a statewide network providing syringe services, naloxone distribution, fentanyl test strips, safe smoking kits, and mobile outreach in Hartford neighborhoods. Operating through the state’s OPEN ACCESS program, CTHRA distributed 4,379 naloxone kits and dispensed over 1.1 million sterile syringes in 2024, with sites including The Hub (28 Grand St) and The Drop (557-559 Albany Ave) in Hartford.
