Connecticut Harm Reduction Alliance (CTHRA): merged with Greater Hartford Harm Reduction Coalition and Sex Workers and Allies Network (SWAN) in October 2021 - all now one organization. Syringe exchange, HIV prevention/testing, safer sex kits, treatment referrals.
