About This Agency
We provide no-cost sterile syringes, health information, and compassionate support through our onsite syringe exchange program, Health Access Resources Team (HART). In addition to providing new needles and a needle disposal service, we offer information about vein health, injection safety, HIV prevention, and hepatitis prevention. We also provide no-cost Narcan and fentanyl test strips to help prevent an opioid overdose.
