Reach Out says a free Narcan (naloxone) kit is given to anyone who attends its full opioid overdose response training, which runs about 45 minutes to an hour. Trainings cover Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and Upland. Contact Aruran Sananayagam at (951) 542-1426 or aruran@we-reachout.org to arrange one.
