About This Agency

LA Community Health Project (CHPLA) coordinates Naloxone Access Points throughout Los Angeles County through its Overdose Education + Naloxone Education (OEND) program, operating under authorization from the LA County Department of Health Services. The program trains community members and provider partners to prevent, recognize, and respond to opioid overdoses with naloxone and rescue breathing.
