Robert Rojas Foundation Worldwide is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Merced County that raises awareness of the opioid crisis and distributes no-cost Narcan (naloxone) and fentanyl test strip kits to the community. The foundation also provides trainings and seminars on proper Narcan and fentanyl test strip use and, as of July 2026, operates a mobile harm reduction unit.
