About This Agency

Community Health Awareness Group (CHAG) is a Detroit-based public health organization offering no-cost, confidential HIV/STD testing with same-day results, PrEP access and education, and overdose prevention services including naloxone. CHAG provides case management, transportation support, support groups, and syringe services at its main site as well as additional outreach locations across Detroit on a rotating schedule.
