About This Agency
The Positive Health Project, a drop-in harm reduction program of Housing Works, offers syringe exchange, Naloxone kits and Narcan training, overdose prevention counseling, health education, case management, and benefits counseling in Manhattan. It also runs the Re-charge Program, a joint initiative with GMHC providing harm-reduction services for LGBTQ individuals who use crystal meth.
