About This Agency
DAP Health operates the Coachella Valley’s first syringe services and harm reduction program, launched in Palm Springs in 2022. The mobile program exchanges used needles for clean ones and provides tourniquets, bandages, naloxone/Narcan, and fentanyl test strips at no cost, in addition to DAP Health’s broader HIV and Hepatitis specialty and primary care services.
