About This Agency
The Chicago Public Library, in partnership with the Chicago Department of Public Health, provides no-cost naloxone (Narcan) through wall-mounted dispenser boxes at library branches, including the Harold Washington Library Center at 400 S. State St. No identification is required, and the library system has distributed thousands of Narcan kits since the program began in 2022.
