In partnership with Winnebago County Public Health, Human Services has a 24/7 harm reduction vending machine. The vending machine is located in the front entrance of the building and has harm reduction supplies at no cost. These items include Narcan and fentanyl testing stri ... How to access: Walk-in 24/7. Call the confidential Public Health Vending Machine Hotline to receive a PIN Code at 920-232-3313. The pin will allow 3 items to be obtained from the vending machine. Clients may call for another pin if needed. Hours: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
