About This Agency
St. Ann’s Corner of Harm Reduction (SACHR) has operated the longest continuously running syringe exchange program in the United States since 1990, providing syringe access and safer use supplies, HIV and hepatitis C testing, behavioral health support, and PEP/PrEP counseling in the Bronx. Services are delivered through a daily drop-in center and mobile outreach teams, including a Women’s Service Unit and a Drug User Health Hub, all no-cost and anonymous.
