About This Agency
The REACH Program provides patient-centered, harm reduction primary care for people who use alcohol and other drugs and people living with hepatitis C, including a New York State-accredited Opioid Overdose Prevention Program offering overdose response training and no-cost naloxone kits. REACH also operates a state-accredited Second-Tier Syringe Exchange Program and serves underserved populations including uninsured and undocumented individuals.
