About This Agency
Harm Reduction at Westminster (HRAW) is a program of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Southwest DC focused on prevention, education, and coordination around harm reduction and opioid use disorder at the intersection of harm reduction and the faith community. Its grant-funded “You Are Not Alone” initiative worked to reduce opioid overdoses in Wards 5 and 6, and the church also founded START at Westminster, a harm reduction program addressing sexually transmitted infections.
