Georgia Harm Reduction Coalition (GHRC) Cooper Center is a community-based prevention and wellness organization committed to improving the overall health and wellbeing of marginalized individuals and communities. GHRC provides: – NO COST Education – NO COST Risk Reduction Programs – NO COST Prevention – NO COST Substance Abuse Counseling – NO COST Health Screenings – NO COST Diagnosis and Treatment of HIV/AIDS, STDs, Hepatitis, and other Communicable Diseases.
