About This Agency
The Alliance LES Harm Reduction Center (LESHRC), a program of The Alliance for Positive Change, provides sterile injection equipment, safer sex supplies, and Narcan/naloxone for overdose prevention to people who use drugs on the Lower East Side. The center also offers HIV and hepatitis C testing, medical and mental health care, counseling, and case management, grounded in nonjudgmental, evidence-based harm reduction principles.
