Getting Started
Free naloxone, no ID or questions asked, from a public vending machine at the Blackwell Library, the first library Narcan dispenser in the US (installed 2022). Prevention Point Philadelphia (2913 Kensington Ave) also distributes naloxone free citywide, Monday through Friday during business hours.
