How to Access: NOSS East Toledo services are hosted at Village Recovery during the scheduled Thursday session. No Cost, confidential NOSS services are available to anyone. Picking up supplies for other people is allowed; no personal ID is required. Supplies may be limited and are first-come, first-served.
