How to Access: ODH Project DAWN lists a public naloxone vending machine at Zepf Center, 2005 Ashland Avenue. Call 419-841-7701 to confirm the entrance, machine access hours and availability. ODH lists Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, while the current operator gives different program hours; machine access hours remain unresolved. Zepf crisis care being open 24/7 does not establish 24-hour machine access. Fentanyl test strips, cost, ID requirements and stock at this machine are unconfirmed. This machine is a separate channel from the NOSS mobile stop at this address.

How to Access: A NaloxBox opioid rescue kit is mounted outside near the entrance. Overdose Lifeline says the boxes hold free naloxone nasal spray, are open to anyone 24 hours a day, need no appointment and need no contact with staff. Boxes are restocked regularly, so supply can run out.
