Exchanges up to 10,000 syringes weekly across 3 fixed and 5 mobile sites countywide. Also offers rapid HIV/Hep C testing, PrEP linkage, and Narcan distribution.

How to Access: Impact Exchange public health vending machine network. Launched by Trac-B Exchange in 2017 - the first-in-the-nation public health vending machine program. Requires a no-cost vending card (ID needed to register); dispenses syringes, naloxone, pregnancy tests, safe sex kits, hygiene/first-aid kits, and sharps containers. A 2022 study found 41 fewer opioid overdose fatalities than predicted in Clark County the year after naloxone was added to the machines. Hosted at the Impact Exchange Elko storefront.
