How to Access: Fayette County Connection Cafe: no-cost naloxone (on-site and via Naloxboxes around Connersville), HIV/HCV testing, peer support. Evolved from the county's 2015 syringe service program, rebranded as the Harm Reduction Alliance in 2020.
