Wisconsin Harm Reduction Vending Machine program: 15 county/municipal/nonprofit/tribal grantees statewide provide free-to-use 24/7 vending machines stocked with naloxone, fentanyl test strips, medication deactivation pouches, and lock bags, funded by WI Dept of Health Services grants. This machine is hosted at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital ER (24/7 access), added Dec 2025, part of Rock County Public Health's network.
