Wisconsin Harm Reduction Vending Machine program: 15 county/municipal/nonprofit/tribal grantees statewide provide free-to-use 24/7 vending machines stocked with naloxone, fentanyl test strips, medication deactivation pouches, and lock bags, funded by WI Dept of Health Services grants. This machine is hosted at Beloit Hospital Emergency Department, part of Rock County Public Health's network.
