How to Access Services

Getting Started

No Cost public take-home naloxone at 635 N. Erie Street through TLCHD Project DAWN. Walk-ins and appointments are accepted during the published dispensing hours; call 419-213-4168. Group overdose-prevention training can be arranged. Ohio residents can also request mailed naloxone and fentanyl test strips through the official page; mailed test strips do not establish test-strip pickup at this counter. ID requirements for this dispensing channel and current stock are unconfirmed. This is separate from the scheduled NOSS syringe-service stop and the HIV testing clinic.
