Share Your Story
You do not need to be in recovery to share here. If harm reduction touched your life — yours, someone you loved, someone you helped — that is enough.
What kinds of stories do we publish?
- The first time you used naloxone — or had it used on you
- What walking into a needle exchange was actually like
- Using fentanyl test strips for the first time
- Watching someone you love navigate the drug supply
- A poem about addiction, loss, survival, or love
- What harm reduction workers see that no one talks about
- The moment something shifted — even a little
What happens after you submit:
Your story goes into a private review queue — only the site administrators can see it. We read everything. If we have questions or suggested edits, we reach out to you first. Nothing is published without your approval. The only things we change without asking are typos and formatting — and we will always tell you what changed. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that too.
