About This Agency

We are a community prevention programs that prevent spread of disease and protect communities (CDC​). We provide the following (either on-site or referral):​​ Distribution and collection of hypodermic needles​/syringes, Substance related use disorder counseling, Treatment and recovery services, Case management,​​ HIV, HCV, and STD testing​​​, HCV treatment through telehealth, Reproductive health education and services, Wound care, Overdose prevention education, Safer use information, Safer sex kits, Trauma-informed peer support and trainings and Naloxone distribution.
