About This Agency
The Community Action Place, Inc. (tCAP) is a nonprofit harm reduction organization serving the southernmost 19 counties of Illinois from offices in Marion and Murphysboro. tCAP provides sterile syringes and injection equipment, pipes and pipe covers, fentanyl test strips, naloxone, sexual health supplies, and infectious disease testing at no cost and confidentially, delivering services directly to clients through a mobile model.
