About This Agency

Safety, Wellness, And Prevention (SWAP) is the syringe services program of the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District, providing access to sterile injection equipment during walk-in hours and after-hours vending, no-cost Narcan (naloxone) kits with instruction, Hepatitis C testing, and fentanyl and xylazine drug-checking strips, plus supply delivery for Champaign and Vermilion County residents.
