About This Agency
The Porchlight Collective SAP is a grassroots harm reduction organization serving Madison, St. Clair, and Jersey Counties in the Metro East St. Louis area of Illinois. Staffed by people with lived experience, it provides mobile and mail-based delivery of safer smoking, injecting, and snorting supplies, naloxone distribution and overdose reversal education, confidential drug checking, safer sex supplies, and wound care, all at no cost.
